2. Learn the Framework
Attend two foundational trainings:
- The Application Masterclass: Learn how to find the right TEDx events and position your pitch.
- The Talk Writing Masterclass: Discover what makes a TEDx talk truly unforgettable — and how to structure yours.
3. Build Your TEDx Plan
Use weekly Office Hours to make consistent progress. Join live sessions for Talk Writing, Idea Clarity, Application Review, and Mindset Support — all designed to help you complete a polished TEDx application and a strong first draft of your talk.
4. Practice & Submit
Stay accountable and supported through weekly live calls:
- Appathons to help you finalize and submit your TEDx application.
- Talk Practice Calls with speaker coaches and peer feedback.
- Live group coaching with Taylor Conroy and the Thought-Leader community.
5. Plan Your Visibility
Once you land your TEDx talk, meet with your Success Advisor to design a Talk Marketing Plan. You’ll map out how to maximize your message and leverage your moment.
6. Deliver Your Talk
Step onto the red dot and bring your message to life. This is your moment — and your breakthrough as a thought leader.
7. Amplify Your Reach
Once your talk is published, submit it to our internal directory to unlock visibility opportunities. We’ll help promote your talk to external audiences — and drive your first 50,000 views.

2. Strategize Your Positioning
Meet 1-on-1 with a Thought-Leader Coach to define how to position your message so it resonates with TEDx organizers and rises above the noise.
3. Finalize Your Application Content
Our team writes your TEDx Application Template and custom Application Video Script. Then, you’ll meet with your coach to review, edit, and finalize every detail.
4. Film Your Application Video
Using your completed script, film your application video — a key component TEDx organizers use to assess tone, clarity, and presence.
5. Prepare for Submissions & Coaching
Reconnect with your Success Advisor to review final steps, organize your submission timeline, and get set up for your coaching track.
6. Let Us Handle Submissions
